What we're doing

As part of the North Island Grid Upgrade project, we are undertaking a project to install 200 Mvar capacitors at Otahuhu substation.

Why we're doing it

This project together with the other North Island Grid Upgrade projects will help provide security of supply to the upper North Island for the foreseeable future.
