Wilton 110 kV Interconnecting Transformer Replacement

A single 220/110 kV interconnecting transformer at Wilton supplies the Central Park, Wilton and Kaiwharawhara loads, along with the two 110 kV Takapu Road–Wilton circuits. Transpower is investigating a number of options to address this issue including replacement of the existing Wilton interconnecting transformer.
